How the numbers are figured

Availability
Run time ÷ planned time, where run time is planned time minus unplanned downtime.
Performance
(Ideal cycle time × total units) ÷ run time. Capped at 100% — if it exceeds that, your ideal cycle time is set too slow.
Quality
Good units ÷ total units produced. First-pass good only; reworked pieces don't count as good.
World-class
85% OEE is the common benchmark (roughly 90% availability × 95% performance × 99.9% quality).
